Durga Puja: Saptami Look Book

Deity Durga is considered as the supreme goddess of Hindu mythology. Mahalaya marks the beginning of the Matri pokkho. From Mahalaya, Saptami is the 7th day when Devi Durga along with Saraswati, Lakshmi, Kartik, Ganesh is reverend and these are major important days of their worship.
From Saptami, people start getting decked up with one of their best outfits of their puja collection though trying to save the best for Astami and Navami. Mantra of this post is selecting the appropriate silhouette and jewellery look, particularly keeping Durga Puja Shaptami day in mind.

For the lookbook the outfit chosen is a full length bust singed, shaded full sleeve anarkali from FIDA FASHION, kolkata, topped with a sleeveless front embellished jacket.
Again wore it with a red leggings purchased from LUX LYRA. Though you can try out any other leggings brands too.

The clutch purse from CHEMB enriches the beauty of the look. Exquisite hand embellished details on the clutch is absolutely a work of art and an example of sedulous craftsmanship.

Hoops are my all time favorites. Though to make the outfit more traditional you can try out with jhumkas or chandbalis. But I just kept it simple and added hoops so that it can be worn for pandal hopping or any other day long events. These I AM hoops are feather shaped and also have similar matching bangles with them, which I teamed up with the look too.
6 pieces rose gold knuckle finger rings are from FOREVER21.

Block heels were from AEROSOLES UAE.
You can team it up with stilettos or wedges too.

Perfect makeup adorns the entire look of the attire.
Eye makeup look was done with MAC COSMETICS-single shade, NAKED LUNCH (champagne color).
Lips done with lipliner shade-RUBY WOO and lip color from MAC COSMETICS, shade-RUBY WOO.
I didn’t apply blush, instead applied baked bronzer from MILANI.

Set your hair by blow drying it and keep it straight and flowey. As the outfit is gorgeous so I preferred keeping the hair simple.
